Twist on Cambell's listed recipe
Great option for breakfast. Feel good about serving something fresh to your kids. Much better than packaged cereal bars. Careful, they are crumbley!! (recipe altered from Disney's Family Fun Magazine)
Great fast breakast starter. You could even mix the ingredients the night before! I tried to make it a good balance of Carbs, Protein and Fats, plus lots of good fiber.
That's why I chose this particular protein supplement.

I modified my old Beef Taco Soup recipe to make it healthier. I found my kids like it even better than the original.
This is a great warm meal that has TONS of fiber and protein, with low calories. Kind of high on the carbs, so resist the temptation to load up on cornbread or chips.
However, you even have room for a tad of sour cream on the top!
I tried to make these muffins healthier with less fat and whole grain flour. Give them a try!
I used my left over steak in to make Chili. Great way to save money!
