Recipe from Family Circle. Subbed grape for plum tomatoes. Canned peas for frozen. I also added a little lemon pepper which wasn't in original recipe.

A great comfort food for cold days. Choose low sodium for a healthy meal. Top with chooped onions and low fat cheese too.
A second smoothie for those in the business of green smoothies. The flax is optional but adds vitamins, good fat, and protein. If you are new to green smoothies...sub the arugula for spinach which doesn't have a strong taste.
