you are supposed to get a cup of starter for this recipe, but if you make the starter yourself with the first 3 ingredients, leave it at room temp for a couple days, and start with that, it's just as good.


I make this without sugar, but you can add stevia or splenda to sweeten it a bit. I find that just the apples and the spices are enough. I also like to leave the peals on, as this is where all of the fiber is.

Mini Black and White Cookies

These cookies are made in a smaller size than at bakeries, making it easier to limit how much you eat. You can replace the sugar for Splenda, and the butter for margarine.

Pizza Dough

This recipe can also be made using wheat flour for a healthier option
