I make these for my kids and myself for lunch during the week. It's quick and easy, and they love them. I serve them with a salad or some baby carrots or broccoli to round out the meal.
This is a slightly modified version of King Arthur Flour's White Bread 101. It is less sweet and has slightly less fat content.
