This is a hearty broccoli soup. Add a side salad and cornbread for a great fall supper.
This is my version of Grandma's old fashion Cheese and Macaroni. My family's kids (all grown now) still cheer when they see it coming to the table.

A wonderful hearty vegetable soup I have been cooking for years.It is quick and easy, offering 26 grams protein and almost 10 grams fiber andjust 2.3 grams fat all with less than 300 calories per serving. If you use 8oz of lean flank beef steak you get 319 calories per serving, but you more than double your fat......My family loves it both ways... Enjoy!

I decided I was tried of entering each ingredient as I made my fruity bran flake breakfast......so I entered it as a recipe ...now I know exactly how many calories I am eating and the nutritional value of my favorite breakfast... a whopping 8.6 g of fiber and only 289 calories (5.7g fat).
You could reduce the calories to 259 and the fat to 1.3 grams by using skim milk....and some day I am going to be that good.
This easy low-cal salad is a great pick me up to get you to that Saturday Night Dinner out with less than 200 calories.
Marvelously easy reduced calorie cake, saving 70 calories per serving. My dinner guess had no idea they were eating reduced calorie cake.
