Bison, beans and diced tomato

I was hungry and this is what I had to throw together. It's probably a basic chili recipe, with out the chili spices. I like tumeric. I buy organic when it's on sale because of the salt. I am also GF. Note this makes more than one serving, but the nutritional value is for 1 serving, of 1.5 cups.
