1 serving of green vegetables, 2 servings of fruit and protein from plain yogurt make this a yummy and filling breakfast. I split this smoothie with my husband, but have also had the whole thing to myself. There are 2 servings in this entry for calculation's sake.
You can make this with many different fruits or vegetables, so far I've used spinach and rapini for the veg, and apples and frozen berries for the fruits.
Keep this mix in a container in your fridge and have a serving for a snack each day. Delicious and Healthy!
This is a delicious and easy breakfast smoothie, and adding wheatgerm gives you fiber and protein. A great start to your day or a fantastic and easy snack!
