A combination of fruit that always fills me with energy!
A quick easy shake that satisfies!
I started using this in place of powdered protein shakes. I like my shakes with ingredients I can pronounce!
Mix 1/2 cup of Kale with two egg whites, add 1 slice of diced swiss cheese and 1 slice of diced ham. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a skillet on medium low heat in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
