A new take on an old favorite!!
Serve with a green salad and some crusty bread--a very delicious meal!!
I absolutely loved these so much that I wanted to share them with everybody! I found them in Cooking Light, but I must say, even though it states 6 servings, I would disagree. I would think more like 8-10. Maybe 6 if that's all you're eating, but we ate them alongside my Gourmet Fish Sandwiches and you don't need a whole plateful of fries, therefore reducing the size and the calories/fat.
Serve with 1/2 T of Light Lemon Herb Mayonnaise and this is one yumm-o sandwich!! (Calories are a little higher because I accounted for all the breading mixture, but not all of it will be used so the calorie count will be slightly lower.)
Very tasty on a fish sandwich!
Best served on homemade white bread!
A great tasting hearty soup! Serve with whole wheat pitas and a nice salad and this is not only yummy, but good for you too!
The best EVER alfredo sauce you will ever eat!! A little higher in fat so be good so you can treat yourself every once in a while.

If you're looking for a meal with very low calories and lots of yummy veggies then this is definitely one to try!! You can eat tons and not feel guilty! It would be even better with some type of lean cuts of meat as well...chicken, beef or pork.
This dish can be prepared ahead of time (up to Step 2 ) and refrigerated until 1 hour before serving.
