This makes a very large dinner salad. I put our plates on the counter and make each plate as I cut up the ingredients. If someone doesn't want an item I just leave it off of their plate. We eat it twice a week for our dinner and are very fulfilled. We try to use fresh ingredients and vary if items are not available. This is a big hit in my household!
Low calorie soup. Can be eaten as is or used as a soup base by adding rice, beans, chicken. The possibilities are endless.
Crockpot cooking. Can be made with fresh, canned or frozen vegetables.
This soup is fantastic. My father-in-law makes it every year whenever we have a family gathering. It took 15 years of marriage to his son to finally share the recipe with me. I've been making it for almost 6 years now and my family loves it!

Brown Rice Dish - Real good with pork chops and baked chicken.
This is great on bread or on crackers. This is a great recipe to use if you have left over chicken in the refrigerator too!
Great breakfast food and very filling.
My family has eaten this meatloaf for years. It's such a colorful dish. We serve it with mashed potatoes, green beans and corn which provides the most pleasant looking meal.
