Good lunch box treats but not low fat or low calorie!
This is a slightly lower fat adaptation of an Alton Brown recipe from the Food Network. When you are in a hurry and need a quick, filling dish, this works out well. It is definitely NOT a low calorie, low-fat or low-cholesterol dish!
