Found this recipe on SparkRecipes and developed it for our own tasting

Fruit Smoothie with Protein powder (8 oz = 1 serv)

Simply blend all together for a quick smoothie.

Quinoa Salad turned into pancakes (2 patties per serving)

This was developed from taking left over quinoa salad, mixing some liquid egg into it and cooking them like potato pancakes. So the ingredients might not fully add up for an adequate recipe -just add what you'd like.
