In the recipe I used an oil and Vinegar dressing, this gives a higher calorie and fat content, 300 calories and 32 grams of fat in the total recipe. If you use light dressing total calories goes to 70 and fat drops to 3 grams. Add or subrtact if you so choose. Use your favorite salad pasta noodle. Heck add onions too if you like, they don't add too many calories (50 for a medium one).
Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup
Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)
Onions, raw, 3 medium
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Water, tap, 6 cup
Paprika, 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Pepper, white, 1 tsp
Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
I post this as something I make for the kids, they are older. So they do not mind spicy food. I use a bit of ketchup instead of tomato sauce to give it a tomato taste, this helps to cut back on the calories and sodium.

This is a long list of ingredients so I made it in 2 pages.. Page 2 is Creole seasoning. This is a bit, (no a lot) of work but they are fantastic! Serve with your favorite seafood sauce, try them without first! The seasoning adds 4 calories per serving.
This is the seasoning for the crab cakes... so add the calories 19.2 per tbsp to the recipe and divide by 24. That is for the serious counters :)
You can add or change vegetables to suit your tastes. The low calorie, cold day, warm you up soup!

I use peanut oil for high smoke point, olive oil for flavour if you choose you may substitute with your favorite oil. Low calories leaves room for your favorite side dish and salad.
