quick pad thai

i sauté onion carrots celery and garlic together add above ingredients and thin with a little water. then i toss that with any kind of noodles if you dont have asian noodles it works great with egg. i add sautéed tofu but you can sub any protein or veggies

i love eggplant and created a new recipe to use some really nice baby ones from the local indian market.

No bake cinnamon apple dessert

warm yummy lo cal dessert. i start this early in the morning and cook for a few house. it makes the house smell great and makes a terriffic dessert or snack. you can sub any kind of fruit or a mixture of different fruits. i use whatever is left over in the fruit bowl at the end of the week.
