This recipe taken from C&H Sugar.com in it's entire content and is merely for my use in establishing nutritional elements for my SP tracker.
Serve this with rice or noodles or boiled potatoes.
Use fresh green beans or peas (with pods) when fresh. If you use zucchini add later so they don't dissolve.
This recipe calls for nectarines but you can substitute any fresh fruit with about the same nutritional. I use peaches, blueberries, blackberries, mixed fruit.
This is a general base recipe for quick dinners. Add other vegetables to it that are in season or on hand. Then add whatever meat you want and add that separately to your food tracker. Andouille sausage and/or chicken are good, as well as beef.
Serve over noodles, potatoes, rice, etc. Add these separately to your food tracker as well.
If you want to put this in a crust or under drop biscuits you will need to add that nutritional info separately.
After deboning and removing skin and other non desirable stuff from the salmon there is about six ounces of product left, therefore the ingredient list says three servings of 2.2 oz, which is what is left in one 14 ounce can.
Makes two loaves (8x4) with twelve slices per loaf.
Serving is approximately 1 cup plus 3 oz meat
Serving size is approximately 2 cups plus 3 oz meat.
Makes 16 - 1/2 cup servings
If you want to spice this up add some japaleno pepper to taste.
Reduces to about 6 1/4 cup servings
Use pan drippings from chicken or pork or beef that has been fried in the pan.
Serves 8 from 10 inch cast iron pan
Makes 6 drop biscuits for pot pie topping
This is a vital ingredient in Cat's BBQ Sauce
Makes 48 cookies, each cookie = serving
Use the greens from the tops of the radish and green onions.
You can make this a whole meal by adding meat and other vegetables. Very versitial.

this is a two cup serving

This boils down about 1/4 to 1/2 cup leaving the 1/4 cup servings at about 13.
9x13 pan makes 20 cutting five on long side and 4 on short side. Make in food processor for less mess.
These freeze well. Cut and wrap in ones or twos then put in freezer bag.
Vegs and amounts depend on what is in the garden.
This should serve six.
13x9 baking sheet 5x3 cuts
These vegs are added to a pork shoulder roast . The nutritional numbers are only for the vegs. Count the pork separately.
There will be pot liquor in the bottom of the pan to put over the meat and vegs when serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.

I mix up a pint jar of the dry seasoning to keep on hand. Add herbs that suit your taste.
The servings is based on three ounces of meat. Go lightly on the sauce and what y ou put it over to keep in the low saturated fat area.
This makes one mini loaf cake. Double the recipe and make two.
Great use of fresh lemons.
Great for those watching saturated fat & cholesterol.
This uses Fleischmann's Olive Oil Spread rather than Crisco.
I have to watch the saturated fats and cholesterol content of my food as well as the calories.

The recipes in this cookbook consist of recipes that I have created or collected over the years then reworked to be healthy. NO real eggs. Not much sat fat, or real sugar, or other processed food in my recipes, with the exception of some canned products.
