A simple roasted chicken that is juicy with or without the skin. Very simple prep and can be cooked at the same time/temperature as my Garlic and Thyme Roasted Red Potatoes, so the whole meal is done at one time.
3 meatballs and 1/2 slice of cheese per roll
High in sodium because of the seasoning, but if that's not a big concern for you, this is a very quick but filling meal in itself and is nicely complemented by various steamed veggies.
Very low calories, but still a nice treat that is mainly pure fruit.
Simple Oven Roasted Potatoes with tons of garlic and fresh herbs
Indian inspired chicken thighs made in a conventional oven, because most of us don't have a clay oven available.
