Found this recipe in an original Bragg's cookbook - I don't use Bragg's in the recipe though - I use this without onions when I need meat crumbles. This recipe can be flavored to tailor any taste, just leave the sage, garlic and onions out .

modified from Az Republic/Indianapolis Star; I replaced the oil with unsweetened applesauce which dropped the calorie count in half. I also used splenda instead of sugar and egg beaters instead of eggs. Nutritional info reflects modifications. Yummy enjoy!
