large breakfast smoothie
I have this smoothie every morning when I head to work
Vegetarian stir fry, very filling no need for rice or pasta
Great smoothie for when you want something cool, can use any fruit you have on hand, I had peaches so that's what I used, have used strawberries and blueberries, could add kale or spinach to get a high nutrient veggie in there. I freeze bananas when they start to get overripe, just peel and break into pieces and freeze, then their ready for your smoothies, makes them real creamy
Great vegetarian meal. can use zucchini's that are too large for fresh eating.
A great filling version of stewed zucchini, just leave out the sausage for a hearty vegetarian stew. Makes a large pot.
These are perfect for a quick "grab-and-go" breakfast or a healthy snack
I finally came up with a semi healthy cookie that everybody likes. If you use a thicker peanut butter you will probably have to use a little less flour so it's not too dry. If you leave out the chocolate chips you will safe about 20 calories per cookie.
I usually have this over Kashi 7 grain pilaf or wild rice, would also be good on couscous
I make this soup when I need to get in some veggies, sometimes I add crushed red pepper paste to kick it up a little, and the leftover can easily be used the next day for a hearty dinner just add meat of your choice
This is very similar to zucchini bread and a good way to use up extra cucumbers from the garden that may have gotten too big to enjoy fresh
