This pie recipe makes it's own crust! Also it is low-fat, low-sugar, low-cholesterol.
A delicious cake. It's sweet, moist cake, with slightly crisp edges. NOT a low-cal recipe, but for an occasional treat it's very good! You could try making it low cal replacing sugar with Splenda, oil with applesauce, wheat flour instead of white, etc.
I love this soup and I'm not really a soup person. I didn't realize how much sodium was in it till I did the calculation. So, if you're watching your salt, use water in place of two cans of the broth. The lima beans and okra are NOT considered into the recipe calculation as I don't use them. The mixed veggies are enough for me. This is 6 pts on Weight Watchers. It makes about10 cereal size bowls of soup.
