Sometimes I tend not to get enough protein in. Here is a great dessert like recipe that you can eat at any meal or have for a snack--don't eat more than one piece a day. It is good so I freeze individual portions and get them out as I need them:

This dish is layers just like lasagna, using the cabbage leaves in place of the noodles. Very good.
