Vegan Spanakopita

If you are not vegan you can add low fat feta cheese (1/4 C) and fresh parmesan (1/4 C) and cottage cheese (2 C) in place of the tofu . Also you can add a whole egg in place of the nutritional yeast. Enjoy!!!
