These are so much better then traditional pancakes. The original recipe came from my boss, I just used almond flour instead of flour. I don't even use syrup.
A new spin on meatloaf! You can serve with marinara on the side, if you wish. This tastes even better the next day.
I wanted something high in protein, low in fat, and most of all I wanted in to taste like a candy bar. If you have craving for a sweet treat, this is a delicious shake.
My family has enjoyed this for years. This is a low fat way to get alot protein and your veggies.
No one will know that this is made with tofu. I know because when it was served to me, I had no clue. This is yummy. You can serve in cups instead of crust and save more calories.
This makes a ton of pizza. You can add fresh veggies or pepperoni. What a wonderful substitute for a traditional crust. My family has been enjoying this for years.
