A new concoction I came up with instead of cookies :)
Low fat, vegetarian hummus using fresh herbs from my Dad's garden!
This recipe comes from the book, Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker by Robin Robertson.
I did eliminate the pesto included in the recipe in the book because I don't like it but I'm sure that you could add some in if you wanted!
I made this concoction up because I knew I needed to get more protein in but hate smoothies...so I made this with ice and water and stuck it in the freezer for a protein ice :)
Not sure if this is exactly the recipe my Mom does, but it was what I wrote down from her!
