Something easy and simple for a weekend dinner.
As a diabetic, I'm always looking for low carb comfort food and snacks. These nachos are higher in fat than I normally would eat, but they are SO yummy! I know someone out there will come up with an improved version with less fat!
This is my first try at making my own lite version of apple salad. It's really tastey, it makes a lot, and I used it as a side with my meal. Even though my combined meal was 500 calories, I think I can do better. Any suggestions? :)
Low in sodium, fat, carbs and calories... and great tasting. I added a tsp of lite salt in mine but did not add it to the recipe or nutrients list.
