Another Frankenstein from 3 different recipes. Smells and looks amazing! Can't wait to try it =) 7 old WW points per serving ( I am guessing about 9 new points)
Watching Rachel Ray inspired me! this is 4 (old) Weight watchers points per cup, but MUCH less fat than your average macaroni salad...or for that matter, deep fried jalepeno poppers! This batch is HUGE you may want to cut it in half!
I got this recipe from CooksCountry online but changed a few things, like getting rid of the crushed fritos and replacing them with small cut up corn tortillas to reduce the fat, and using medium grain brown rice instead of white. . 12 servings/ about 4.5 WW points (old system) per serving.
My coworker Pat gave me this recipe...I doubled everything and added about 2 cups of skinned baked potatoes because I think I only had about 10 oz of chicken. It's delicious! I used my 5.5 qt crockpot, slow cooked on warm for 12 hours (my crockpot runs hot tho!) 5.5 qt = about 22 cups = about 2 old WW points or 130 cals/ 3 grams fat/ 4 grams fiber!
Artisan in 5 a day loaves = 3 lg loaves = about 10 slices per loaf = 2 points per slice
Creamy delicious chicken enchiladas that won't bust your Weight Watchers points total for the day =) 6 points for 2 big enchiladas! Serve with a salad or a half cup of fat free refried beans.
Carly Rules...My coworker had an awesome recipe that I wanted to try...but of course had to change it up to lower the fat...since I gain 5 pounds just LOOKING at food...
These work out to be 1.5 WW point per shell or 3 points per serving (2 shells).
I accidently turned this vegetarian and shaved a couple points off that I re-invested with FETA! Love it! FANTASTIC!!
