This makes great grab-n-go lunches
This was adapted from the Wareing Pro recipe. You can substitue any whole grain flour for the buckwheat.

Simple corn and black bean salad. This is also good with a few additions such as diced cucumber or tomato adjust dressing accordingly.

I developed this recipe when my husband was told to restrict his potassium. Stick to the weight measurement for accurate potassium levels.
This can be made with leftover turkey or chicken as well as canned. This is great over croissants, but will go over almost anything.
This was my favorite molasses cookie with a make over. It makes a lightly sweet soft moist cookie. You can increase the baking time to produce a dryer more firm cookie.
Calorie count for batch, divide by number of pancakes made for individual serving.
