This is the best. My family knows everytime if I do not use this recipe and are not happy about it. The ground turkey is the key to keeping it healthy. Add any of your favorite veggies to this. The kids won't even notice if you add squash, peppers, or broccoli. They love it any way. Use whole wheat pasta and you have it made!

Sweet Purple Onion Vinaigrette

This is the best Vinaigrette I have ever had. I love sweet things so this one hit the spot. Dont let the onion fool you. I am not an onion fan but this recipe is the best. So so fast and easy and it stores in the fridge well.

Wild rice salad

Great spring summer salad. Well worth the time you put in. Make it the day before and have it ready for your meal.

Oh-so-easy tomato cream soup

The oh-so-easy title says it all. Mt kids ate it up too. This is great with fresh rolls. With only 101 calories it is a great find.

Tuna Salad

So versitile you can substitue grapes for sweet pickles or relish and add whatever spices you want for flavor. These are great on lettuce wraps. Yummy, yummy!

Crustless Zuchini Pie

If you like zucchini you will love this recipe. Even my children eat it up and they do not usually eat zucchini. This a great year round recipe. Shred your harvested zuchini and pull it our of the freezer year round. Bon appetit!
