Yummy and spicy
This recipe calls for seasoning from a taco kit, the type that includes taco shells, sauce, and seasoning. I use it as taco filling, or spread it on tortillas that I have sprayed with cooking spray and baked in the oven until crispy, to make tostadas.
This may not be an authentic Indian Korma but it's tasty, healthy, and convenient. By using precut frozen vegetables and light coconut milk, what is normally a time-consuming, calorie laden dish becomes a weeknight meal done in 30 minutes with less than 500 calories.
