My family loves sweet potatoes and I am always looking for different ways to cook them. I came up with this variation of Hobo potatoes which are made with reg potatoes and fatty cheddar cheese.
I wanted a crab salad that had all the things I love, pasta, crab, veggies and bacon so I invented my own. Hope you like it. I serve it on a bed of romaine lettuce for a special lunch.
This has always been one of our favorite Christmas morning and company breakfasts. Needed a healthier version so I substituted the high fat sausage for the vege sausage and eggs for southwestern egg beaters. Nobody knows the difference. 5 WW pts per serv.
This is a weight watchers recipe that has just 5 points per serving. Use non fat mozarella cheese and cut it down to 4 points per serving. A little work but well worth it!!
