But I like Real Food: Great Tasting Alternatives to Everyday Cooking
I put this together as a way to still enjoy real food that taste great and have low Glycemic Index (GI) levels. So many times when looking for receipes they either are not palette pleasing or require too much work to prepare. Not to mention everyone in the house may not eat it! lol
Juicing is Great!
I have found that I don't get all of my daily fruits and vegetables. Juicing is a way to take care of that :-)
