This is a simple smoothie recipe, and I came up with it because I had nothing but fresh pineapple and frozen strawberries!
This smoothie is delicious and tastes like a Jolly Rancher. Due to the watermelon, the smoothie does not have a very thick consistency. It's more like juice.
This is a great side dish if you want something healthy, filling, and with lots of vegetables!
Omelets are wonderful for just clearing out your refrigerator. In this case, I had corn and beef hot dogs. To get rid of some of the fat, try substituting the eggs with egg whites (add more) and substitute the beef hot dog with a turkey hot dog. Cheese can also be added.

There is no added sugar or milk, so if you like your smoothies really sweet, you will not necessarily like this one. However, if you're interested in something to freshen up your day and get in your fiber, this is it!
This is a quick easy dish to make, and it has lots of great veggies in it. It is a bit spicy, so if you don't like a lot of spice, reduce the amount of ground black pepper that you add. If you like your food REALLY spicy, kick that pepper up a notch! This can serve as a side dish, but if you want to have a simple dinner, it turns into a low call meal that will fill you up. Add some corn bread, and you have a winner!
