My yummy breakfast smoothie for 1
Quick and easy to make! This feeds my family of 3 with plenty left over for lunch. I usually top off with some hot sauce for a kick. Enjoy!
This was a great way to cook some yummy chicken and dumplings with out having to worry about defrosting my frozen chicken. I put it all in the crockpot and let it go! I didn't include cooking times as I usually let mine cook all day long. To cut back on calories etc, use less of the biscuit dough. I used about 5 small biscuits.
A yummy version of jambalaya made with some veggies I had on hand and no meat. This fed my family of 3 with enough left over to freeze for another meal.
Yummy spiced pancakes. My son loves these with with a little warm syrup. Not too sweet.
Easy crockpot version of red beans. Can be started in the morning and enjoyed later that evening for dinner. Tastes great served over rice and spiced up with a little hot sauce. (Nutrition Info for red beans only; does not include rice)
