Veggie and Lentil Soup

Great way to add veggies and fiber to your day.
Much better with all fresh veggies but you can use whatever you have on hand.
You can also cut a lot of salt out by using reduced sodium chicken broth.
Any veggie will work. It's nice to add some baby spinach to the pot after it's cooked, or some chopped cabbage when you add the taters and lentils. This recipe has no limits :)

Flank Steak Fajitas

Flank Steak is a fairly lean meat that takes marinades very well.

Matza Pizza

Matza is a great alternative to yeast doughs and breads for a pizza base. Comes in a variety of flavors but I use plain, salt free matza.

Chicken Stir Fry

This can be made with just about any lean meat or fish, or shrimp if you eat shellfish. I make it with the veggies listed above but it can be made with whatever you like.
