use everything unsweetened make them very low in sugar. i also used splenda, If you pause the chocolate chips and cranberries in the food processor a couple hits it chops them smaller and will be more flavor spread better thru all the muffins.i also put 1/2 cup of the oatmeal in the food processor to fine ground like a flour.
red sauce to use over pasta, can bake meat ball in over then simmer in sauce.... pasta, and/or meat balls not figured in calories... this is just the sauce!!

This can be as crispy as you want them. I like mine browned but not dry.Try not to over bake them.This are way better for you than frying them.

This gravy is so good and good for you. It has NO meat or meat juices. It is made from all veggies. Makes enough to go with 5 1/2 cups of rice. You can use it on potatoes too. It's a lot of veggie and little juice or gravy.
