No pasta or starch other than in the carrots
An all day soup-for-one invented after last night's pizza binge! Soup is chunky, so don't feel hungry. I chose crusiferous veggies for fibre, beans for protein, potato for comfort, tomatoes for colour, cayenne for digestion, and chicken bouillon instead of pure salt. Add other spices, if you wish.
This is what I have for lunch most days at work.
This one brings lots of compliments and recipe requests! Best is allowed to chill a few hours or overnight.
This recipe is requires roasting bone-in chicken, but is also great for boneless chicken breasts cooked on the BBQ. Substitute Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano, or other vinaigrette dressing.
This is great as a dip with crackers or veggies. Also makes a nice sandwich spread on bread, rolls, or croissant.
Just a yummy throw together.
