Something I just put together and it was delicious.
Simple lentil soup.
Veal cutlets with mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
Chicken drumsticks cooked in a tangy mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves. This is Fillippino dish.
These were amazing. My daughter made them from a vegan recipe book. Very moist! She did not add the topping.
Topping is not included in the nutrition value.
Delicious, great for those cold winter days. I used low-sodium broth or homemade broth, so sodium would be lower than stated.
Here is a basic minestrone which goes a long way. I feed my family of 5 and still have lots of left overs. I often put more the liquid called for, we like our soups with a little more broth.
This is great served with brown rice or added to egg whites.

A great high fiber dairy-free smoothie.
Easy dish that serves lots. I'm not sure how many servings. I measured 2 cups for me and I was full.
