Cowpeas in red sauce

Boil the cowpeas separately.

In another pot, put in the oil, onions and zucchini to fry. When the onions are slightly cooked, put in the tomato paste and and spices (Cajun, black pepper, touch of salt) and add a little water to it and let it fry boil for a while. The consistency should be fairly thick.

Once the cowpeas have boiled, put in cowpeas in sauce and let boil slowly for about 10 minutes on low heat.
