Low Carb Almond Chocolate Mug Cake

This dessert hits the spot when you're watching your carbs, but want that cake-like texture. It is super easy and fast to make. It's a little bitter, but tastes really good with a dollop of natural peanut butter on top.

Cranberry Orange Greek Yogurt Oatmeal bars

These bars are super easy to make and adapted from a Nov. 2008 Cooking Light recipe. I swapped Greek Yogurt for sour cream and True Orange packets for orange juice. (I just seem to have them on hand more than orange juice.) Enjoy!
