A low carb, high protein vegetarian substitute for spaghetti and sausage
This is one of my favorite, low calorie vegetable dinners. Its also great served a long side a protein. The leftovers go with me to work for lunch.
A different take on spaghetti squash with a rainbow of vegetables.
Great for Brunches...Could be made Healthier by removing some of the egg yokes or even switching to egg beaters...but it won't be as fluffy. This is a company brunch recipe...When I make this for my family I leave the meat out and add more veggies making it much more healthy.
This is extremely creamy and very low in calories and fat. I use these veggies because they are my favorite but I also tend to throw in any leftovers I have from other meals. The reason this works is because the Vegetables are the main part of the dish and the Penne is just an ingredient.
I don't measure spices so you can make this as Spicy or as mild as you want
