Oats Porridge

6 half cup servings

Spinach Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Cook spinach.
Mix with Ricotta, Tofu (Crumbled), and half the mozzarella and Parmesan. Add salt/seasoning to taste.
Cook pasta
Stuff pasta with spinach mixture.
Grease 9X11 pan. Cover bottom with half the sauce.
Put pasta on sauce. Cover with remaining sauce, then parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
