AKA Kibbeh Neye w' Khidrawat. A popular Syrian dish that is compatible with either meat dishes or dairy dishes.
This dish is also called Fassoulieh. It is a popular mediterranean dish I grew up on and still love! You can prepare it with beef chucks or beef marrow bones to add more flavor but I leave it out because it adds more calories and we never even eat it.
One of my favorite Syrian salad dishes, which is also pretty healthy :)
Makes 3 lbs and calorie count is per ounce
Serving size is per tablespoon
Can subtitute dill with cilantro
Should make about 13 ounces. The nutrition facts is per ounce/tablespoon.
