This takes less than 10 minutes to put together and unlike most chocolate mousse recipes, it's ready to eat 20 minutes later.
I don't like the way Jell-O jiggles and it's much too sweet. Adding yogurt cuts the sweetness and makes it more stable. You can use a full cup of yogurt instead of yogurt plus sour cream and if you don't mind the sweetness, you can use lime yogurt instead of plain.
I don't like chicken breast too much so I modified Chelleshocked's recipe.
