Thai Peanut Sauce/Dip

This is an awesome dip for veggies, chicken or beef satay, but also as a marinade for chicken, beef or cold noodle salad.

Health Molasses Loaf

I use this bread to get more potassium, magnesium, fiber and B vitamins. It is higher in carories, but I find it really hard to get these nutrients from other sources. I cut it into 24 little squares and use as a "supplement"
