You could also add some ground flax or chia seeds to this - just be sure to change the nutrition info.
This is a great way to add fruit and protein to your diet. This recipe was shared with me when I was doing a turbo jam bootcamp.
Yummy vegetable soup with a bit of grain to boost it's goodness.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Combine and add lemon zest & berries.
Bake 12 -14 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
