Good basic chili recipe that's quite quick and tasty. Add fat-free sour cream and/or reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar for an even better taste. I got this from recipezaar, but changed from ground beef to turkey.
Easy casserole with an enchilada flavor.
Scalloped potatoes, turkey, peas, and onions. 20 minutes and healthy. 400 calories, 5g of fat, and lots of protein for a plateful. Makes 5 good-sized platefuls.
25-minute start-to-finish wraps. These are STUFFED tortillas and one will make an entire dinner, with possibly a serving of fat free refried beans on the side.
If you have an oven-safe 12" skillet, this will only mess up one pan to make.
