This is super-easy and soooo delicious! I love it grilled, but it can be oven roasted as well. Great with redskin potatoes and green beans.

This is a meal that goes 2-3 times in 1 batch, depending on your family size. Cook up, then freeze the rest to defrost and bake later.
This recipe can be halved, for 5 servings. As listed is 10 servings, of modest size. I would not consider this "diet" food, but good comfort food.
Also note, this is best when you have leftover chicken, or it's just too much prep for one evening (in my opinion). I typically cook both the chicken and egg noodles the day before.
This is herby and spicy shrimp with a kick, in a buttery-beer sauce. It's fast, easy and delicious. Great as an appetizer or as a dinner over brown rice and with a salad.
NOTE: No rice or salad are calculated in this recipe.
A small piece is enough - it's full or fresh strawberry flavor! I cut the 9x13 cake into 7 pieces by 4 pieces for 28.
