A lower fat version of mashed potatoes.
Takes about an hour total to fix but not something that you have to stand there and babysit when cooked in a nonstick skillet
This is a relatively easy dish to make that can cook in one skillet.
I use this for a really quick dinner. It is a bit high in fat from the mac n cheese, but over all when you add your veggies you should be fine.

I am not sure what site I printed this down from. The sauce is not the most appetizing smell because of the vinegar but very good indeed.
I don't remember where I got the recipe but it is a kraft recipe. It was just a tad spicey but very good.
This is a good quick breakfast in the morning, you can also use a tortilla instead of the bread if you are on the go.
Very good with chicken that is browned, cut into bite size pieces , and seasoned with choice of seasoning.
