Scalloped Shrimp and Potatoes with broccoli

Found this recipe in a Tastefully Simple magazine. Calls for spinach and montery jack cheese, but all I had on hand was broccoli and cheddar cheese. Was pretty good. I think a spicier cheese would have made it better. My mom has also added scallops to this recipe!

Cheesy Egg & Mushroom Scramble

**You can use or substitute any veggies as you'd like. You can also use whole egg or egg substitute instead off egg whites. Will change nutrition info tho!

Italian Dressing

Used recipe for Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix but substituted balsamic vinegar for white and 1/2 water 1/2 oil instead of using the full amount of oil. Reduced calories and fat by 50%!

French Toast

You can use any type of bread you like. The nutrition for this is calculated with white bread.

Bacon Linguine Tomato Toss

got this recipe from pampered chef consultant! VERY GOOD and not as many calories as I was expecting! You can add a container of cherry tomatoes too if you'd like. I don't because we don't really like them! You can also garnish with Parmesan cheese. The extra tomatoes and cheese are not calculated in the calories here.
