A little twist on my regular macaroni salad.
This is a filling I have with Harvest Crunch Cereal either in the morning or in the evening as Apple Crisp. Yes it is a bit liquidy, but the taste and flavour is all there, but not the fat and calories.
This cake mix is made with a 0 calorie soft drink. It is light and refreshing without all the quilt.
I am allergic to fresh fruit, but, these are 2 fruits I can eat. So I indulge myself.
These taste just like cinnamon sugar doughnut holes. Yummy, but they are baked not fried and not the high amount of calories of regualr doughnut holes.

This is just something I threw together to use up some cooked pork from a roast the nite before. My husband said I could make it anytime, it was that good. Its a full meal and so few calories you can even splurge and have a piece of garlic toast.

Small little bites of goodness. Would be a lot healthier if you used whole wheat flour. I will try that next time. Got this recipe from the Splenda site and tweaked it a bit.
