This is a filling I have with Harvest Crunch Cereal either in the morning or in the evening as Apple Crisp. Yes it is a bit liquidy, but the taste and flavour is all there, but not the fat and calories.

Lemon Fresca Cake

This cake mix is made with a 0 calorie soft drink. It is light and refreshing without all the quilt.

I am allergic to fresh fruit, but, these are 2 fruits I can eat. So I indulge myself.

Georgia Dirt Bombs

These taste just like cinnamon sugar doughnut holes. Yummy, but they are baked not fried and not the high amount of calories of regualr doughnut holes.

Pizza Casserole *

Very filling and good. I used regular macaroni, but using whole wheat would cut down on the calorie count.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini ** No Noodles **

A very filling and tasty casserole. Just add a tossed salad for a nice quick meal. Use whole wheat spaghetti noodles for less calories (not included in calories)

St. Hubert Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

This is a stew made with St. Hubert Seasoning Mix + whatever I added extra. Delicious.

Pancake Battered Haddock

Not exactly diet, but good. Tried to copy from a restaurant that serves battered seafood. Yum. It came pretty darn close. Any kind of fish can substitue for Haddock.

Microwave Scrambled Egg (less calories)

Light & fluffy and simple to make. No added fats. A quick and easy dish and oh sooo good.

Sugar-free Broken Glass Dessert

A light and refreshing dessert that is sure to satisfy any sweet craving. Sugar-free and low in calories and virtually fat free, it's a win win situation.

An excellent meal that is both filling and nutritious. You need only a salad on the side for a complete meal.

Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

Small little bites of goodness. Would be a lot healthier if you used whole wheat flour. I will try that next time. Got this recipe from the Splenda site and tweaked it a bit.
