Mizuna Medley

I picked up some mizuna greens at the Farmer's Market today and (experimented) threw together this quick stir-fry for lunch. Very quick and easy and quite tasty! This could also be used as a side dish.

Heidi's Sweet & Smooth Green Blend (Vitamix Recipe)

A green tasting drink with a smooth, sweet taste. Be careful about the Fiesta Blend - don't use strawberries or you will end up with a brownish green drink - blending without the strawberries will give you a bright, vibrant green color.

Nori Arugula Wrap

I was looking for a way to enjoy a wrap without the calories of a flour tortilla. This is a wonderful lunch wrap that is made with a sheet of Nori seaweed. Pile on the arugula and tomato, adding chicken and avocado as condiments, or omit chicken completely for a great vegetarian wrap. If you don't have arugula, any green leaf lettuce will do but the arugula adds a spicy bite to the wrap. I buy mine at the farmer's market.
